Marketing & sales promotion of companies products in defined territory
Developing Distributor Network
Strengthening existing distribution channel and increasing market penetration
Managing relationships with key customers as well as rolling out new promotions and implementing campaigns.
Responsible for ensuring there is correct product volume and positioning in all stores, negotiating in new lines and managing product supply in alignment with demand.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. i.e. Sales Order, Payment and Supply
Gathering market and customer information.
Appoint Stockiest, Distributors, set territory, negotiate terms, manage them and develop business with them.
Create secondary sales from distributors to wholesalers and retailers.
Daily reporting on sales to the management and the super-stockiest.
Achieve growth in sales, profits and brand value sustainably
Documentation of Quotations, Sales reports, Distributor agreement, Retailers Database.
Come up with own ideas for growth and implement them
Function in line with company's vision and policy
Monitor competitor activity and ensure timely reporting of the same
Improve on the job effectiveness of company Field Staff through training & coaching
Responsible to settle down the customers complaints
