Job Description

1) To be presentable; greet and welcome people
2) Be a Smart Communicator
3) Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
4) Keep updated records and files
5) Check, sort and forward emails
6) Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
7) Answer questions and address complaints
8) Monitor office expenses and costs
9) Experience in HMS mandatory.
