STEP-1:Understanding the client Organization

With regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans.

STEP-2: Mapping position specific competencies

Including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas, years of expertise and other relevant details.

STEP-3:Search target plan

Keeping in mind the orientation, our recruitment team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates.

STEP-4: First Shortlist

STEP-5: Evaluation

Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use assessment tools.

STEP-6: Interviews

For the most appropriate candidates; we will prepare a brief resume and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final shortlist.

STEP-7: Reference check
