Job description:

Candidates with good communication skills and a zeal to work in the field of Customer care are invited to apply for this position. We are looking for diligent and smart executives who excel in problem-solving skills and client servicing.                                                                                           

Candidates with experience in BPO, KPO, Broking industry, Securities and Insurance would be preferred.


      * Attending and maintaining proper records of all calls related to Complaints and inquiries.
      * Recording and resolution of customer complaints within the stipulated timeframe.
      * Should have very good communication skills.
      * Understanding the dispute, effectively escalate the same to the concerned Department.
      * Dispute resolution in the specific time frame.
      * Maintain good relation with existing clients.
      * Ensure the highest standards of customer communication & Services.
      ## Good writing skills will be added advantage.
