We conduct every mandate with honesty, transparency and fairness. No misrepresentation of a candidate's profile, no inflated salary claims, no fabricated interest. If we don't have a strong shortlist, we say so.

Every conversation, résumé and hiring plan is treated with NDA-grade discretion. Candidate identities are never revealed to clients (or vice versa) without explicit consent. Data is encrypted at rest.

A candidate's résumé leaves 7Skyee only after their explicit approval. Every share is logged in an immutable audit trail the candidate can review at any time. No exceptions.

Whether we place them today or not, every candidate walks away from a 7Skyee interaction with clarity, dignity and a genuine sense of direction. We reply to everyone.

We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, caste, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or region. We push back on client briefs that carry hidden bias.

We would rather lose a mandate than push a wrong fit. Our clients hire us again because we say no when we should — and our candidates return because we stayed honest with them.

Our fee structure is explained upfront in writing. No hidden charges, no surprise invoicing, no aggressive collection tactics. Replacement guarantees are honoured without argument.

We do not accept referral kickbacks, we do not poach from clients we're actively working with, and we do not tolerate any form of bribery in the hiring process. Any breach is grounds for immediate exit.
