Operations Head Factory Operations

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Head to manage the complete factory setup and day-to-day operations of a handicraft manufacturing business. The candidate should have a strong mechanical background, experience in managing production and factory teams, and good computer and technology skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end factory operations, production, and dispatch. Plan production schedules and ensure timely order completion. Supervise manpower, machinery, maintenance, and material utilisation. Monitor product quality, productivity, wastage, and operating costs. Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams. Use MS Excel, MIS reports, and ERP or manufacturing software to monitor operations. Implement efficient processes, workplace safety, and continuous improvement.
