Logistics Executive for Boaranada Jodhpur

The Logistics Executive will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of our handicraft products. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in logistics management, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.   Main Accountability Supply Chain: Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and storage of handicraft products to ensure timeous and effective delivery to customers and retailers. Inventory Management: Track stocks on hand, work with production team on production quantity, and fulfil current orders with the optimal amount of stock on hand to avoid overstocking. Communication: Contact suppliers, transporters, and warehousing teams to negotiate cost effective and operationally smooth solutions . Order Processing: Ensure orders, product packaging and dispatch of products are processed accurately and in time. Logistics: Identify and implement logistics solutions to reduce transport costs and time delivery. Documentation: Set up and maintain complete and accurate shipping documentation including invoices, and documentation controlled to comply with shipping agreements whether local or international. Tracking and Reporting: Follow through all shipments, notify participants of tracking progress as appropriate, and generate reports on information related to logistics. Compliance: Maintain complete compliance with all logistics operations, including local and international shipping requirements and regulations, customs and export requirements.
