We are looking for an experienced Senior QC professional with strong hands-on experience in the handicraft industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, inspecting finished and semi-finished products, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished handicraft products. Identify defects in finishing, polishing, carving, dimensions, materials, and workmanship, as applicable. Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, and customer requirements. Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and reduce rejection and rework. Maintain inspection reports, defect records, and quality documentation. Implement quality checks at different stages of production. Investigate recurring defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Support customer inspections, internal audits, and final quality clearance before dispatch.
