Accounts Executive Female only for Jodhpur Rajasthan

Female applicants only. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Female Accounts Executive with 1 year of experience who will keep track of our finances and financial records. The successful candidate will manage the accounting, ensuring compliance, accounting accuracy, and sound financial management while also assisting us with our corporate social objectives.   Key Responsibilities Keep the financial records up to date including ledgers, journals and a balance sheet. Pay invoices, make payments and reimburse expenses in a timely manner. Prepare monthly financial reports including profit and loss, and balance sheet. Prepare and ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory filings. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions. Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Liaise with vendors and suppliers on any payables queries, and payments. Assist with audits, and compliance to company policies and standards. Maintain knowledge of accounting systems and input information into accounting software (i.e. Tally, QuickBooks) on an ongoing basis.
