Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts in accordance with statutory requirements
- Manage end-to-end GST compliance — including return filings, reconciliations, and coordination for assessments
- Handle Income Tax work: data preparation, return filings, TDS workings, and compliance support
- Support Company Law compliances — ROC filings, statutory returns, and government documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth audit and compliance operations
- Ensure all government-mandated filings and deadlines are met in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Strong, hands-on accounting knowledge with practical exposure
- Prior experience working in a CA firm (mandatory)
- Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
