Job Description

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales Establishing, maintaining and expanding business network with distributor and retailers Responsible for maintain existing distributors and retailers Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Developing sales strategies and setting targets Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets Collecting customer feedback and market research Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Requirements

Experience - Minimum 6 Years of Relevant experience (FMCG - Beverages industry- most preferred)
Good Knowledge of territory.
Good leadership and experience of team managing.
Good communication.
