Job Description

Develop a clear vision and strategy for the Cauvery Petrochemicalsfor an aggressive business growth. rnIdentify growth opportunities, diversification options, and operational improvements. rnOwn the operations of the factory, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control. rnMonitor production schedules, optimize processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation. rnPromote and enforce a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization. rnEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. rnDevelop and manage the factory's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability. rnIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in operations. rnFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. rnBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, government agencies, and community organizations. rnRepresent the factory at industry events and conferences. rnIdentify and mitigate potential risks to the factory's operations, including supply chain disruptions, safety hazards, and market fluctuations. rnDrive innovation in processes and products to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. rnExplore and implement eco-friendly and energy-efficient technologies. rnProvide regular reports and updates to the board of directors and senior management. rnCommunicate the factory's performance, challenges, and achievements to all relevant stakeholders. rnDevelop and implement crisis management plans to address emergencies or unforeseen events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the petrochemical industry or a related manufacturing field.
  • rnStrong understanding of petrochemical processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • rnShould have 20+ years of total work experience, with 8+ years in a Senior leadership role
  • rnExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • rnFinancial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • rnDemonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • rnKnowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the petrochemical sector.
  • rnCommitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices.
  • rnCrisis management and risk assessment skills.
  • rnConscious of measuring ROI and has the capability to device effective and efficient communication solutions.
