Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and talented MBA graduate with 2 years of experience in marketing, people management, sponsorship, and e-mail management to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing and Sponsorship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success through strategic marketing initiatives, building strong partnerships, and effective e-mail campaigns. Responsibilities: · Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. · Manage and nurture relationships with sponsors, ensuring successful sponsorship activations and delivering value to partners. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotions. · Oversee e-mail marketing campaigns, ensuring engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. · Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. · Coordinate and manage marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. · Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. · Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Requirements
