Job Description

We are hiring an Executive – Export Documentation & LC Operations to manage end-to-end export processes, Letter of Credit operations, and international trade compliance. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on experience in LC lifecycle management, UCP 600, and export-import documentation. · Handle end-to-end export documentation — Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc. · Manage LC operations including advising, amendments, negotiation, and discounting · Scrutinize LC terms and ensure document compliance as per bank requirements · Process DA/DP transactions and track payments · Coordinate with banks for documentation, discrepancies, and remittances · Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade guidelines · Maintain records of all export transactions and LC-related correspondence · Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams

Requirements

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Trade, or Finance
2–5 years of relevant experience in export documentation or LC operations
Key skills required
Strong knowledge of export-import procedures and trade documentation
Hands-on experience in the full LC lifecycle
Familiarity with UCP 600 guidelines
Experience in DA/DP transactions
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, FEMA regulations, and RBI export guidelines
Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/trade finance software is a plus
