HR Generalist for Basni, Jodhpur

Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR documentation while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit formalities including full & final settlements.

• Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HRMIS systems accurately.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, leave tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

• Address employee queries, resolve grievances, and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and training & development coordination.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and internal HR guidelines.

• Support HR audits and maintain statutory registers and documentation.

• Draft HR letters, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, increment letters, and policy updates.
