Recruitment: Sourcing, Interviewing & Talent Acquisition, and Salary Negotiations.
Ø Experience and Skills Verification of the Candidates. Document Verification.
Ø Ensuring Personal File Audits, Client Audits, documentation.
Ø Maintain potential database of candidates by foreseeing future requirements.
Ø Responsible for Joining Formalities the joining Process of new employees.
Attendance and Payroll: Making Salary, Payroll and Compensation Management
Ø Handling biometric and manual attendance system
Ø Monthly end to end attendance and salary execution.
Ø Responsible for monthly Bank transfer of Salary.
Ø Generation of Various Wages/Salary Reports Statutory deductions PF, ESI & TDS and Interaction with PF, ESI and Auditor office to compete the activities on time
Ø Ensure statutory compliances related to Factory Act and all other employment & labour laws
Ø Be the Management Representative on the ISO Certification
Ø Handling Statutory Compliance (Provident fund, ESIC, PT, Bonus etc.)
Ø Handling Problem Solving, Conflicts, Grievances and Disputes Handling
Ø Making HR Reporting
Ø Ensure processing of offer letter, Appointment letter, confirmation letter, Increments-Promotion letters , Full & Final settlement/Reliving Letters/ etc
To execute PF settlement Claims. Compliance on ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages , Maternity Benefit Act, MLWF & other Labour Laws applied to Factory Act of Garment Industry.

Candidate should have Master in HR.
Should have hands on experience in both HR operations and Recruitment to handle complete HR department.
