International Business Development Executive
Person should be well experienced in International sales.
The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements overseas.
To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
To ensure that all the sales activities are carried out within the agreed volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities.
To constantly review distributor s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
Plan various sales related schemes for particular channels or countries.
Formulating Sales budget for the countries basis discussion with the management.
We are looking for a very highly motivated and charged-up individual who wants to make a mark in International Sales. This is an extremely important and strategic function within the Sales team. The individual will be playing a pivotal role in building a strong foundation for our Sales.
1+ years of B2B Sales/Consulting background with a strong understanding of the International Sales.
Familiarity with navigating large, complex organizations to identify the appropriate stakeholders for our product.
Experience in conducting outbound person and industry-based lead generation campaigns.
Ability to qualify and disqualify leads and gather intelligence on our prospective targets.
Individuals need to be confident, self-starters, competitive, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of self-discipline, drive, and urgency.
Ability to quickly learn, adapt and become a go-to resource on a dynamic team.
Must be very strong in managing multiple priorities. Experience in utilizing sales methodologies, metrics, processes, and tools.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Strong academic background along with exemplary business communication skills will be a must.
