Job Description

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls. Install, configure, and upgrade hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, servers. Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access rights. Handle server administration basics (Windows/Linux) — backup, updates, security. Resolve network connectivity issues, downtime, and performance bottlenecks. Ensure regular patch updates, antivirus monitoring, and system security. Maintain IT asset inventory and AMC/vendor coordination. Set up new systems, office expansions, Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric devices. Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to staff with quick resolution. Ensure data backups, recovery processes, and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN.
Hands-on with routers/switches (Cisco, Mikrotik, Sophos, Fortinet preferred).
Ability to diagnose hardware/software issues fast and accurately.
Familiar with Windows OS, Windows Server, MS Office, basic Linux.
Experience with firewalls, network security, cabling, and basic server setups.
