Hiring Production Supervisor for Spice Export Company in Jodhpur

We are looking for a progressive Production Supervisor for a spice export business in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This job is to supervise the production process, maintain quality standards as well as improving efficiency in the spice production and packing operations. Be a part of a team that delivers high-quality spices to customers around the world.  Key Responsibilities Supervise Production: Run the day-to-day operations of the spice processing and packing production together and align with production targets. Quality Control: Ensure quality on exportable products and work in compliance with food safety regulations and quality system (FSSAI, ISO). Team Management: Encourage, train and develop a team of production workers to improve efficiency and safety. Inventory Management: Maintain oversight of raw goods (e.g. cardamom, turmeric, chili) and finished goods inventory to better your forecast. Process Improvement: Manage the application of lean manufacturing strategies carefully to support productivity and reduce waste. Compliance: Ensure workplace and export compliance according to safety, hygiene, and regulations. Reporting: Track production data and provide valuable manufacturing insights to management accordingly.
