Job description:

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality size, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Ensuring the production premises are food-friendly and making sure that the production area in the set is as per the local sanitation standard.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Prepare required documents for Audits.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Participates in product testing.
• Identifies and analyses issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Developing, implementing and tracking the measuring tools to assure food safety, hygiene and sanitation.
• Responsible for all the HACCP standards at the production site.
• Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials used.
