Job Description

- Analyzing and managing client's requirements - Coordinating and scheduling interviews - Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels - online,headhunting, mapping and referencing. - Conducting preliminary personal interviews - Facilitating candidate interviews with the clients - Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining - Close co-ordination & follow up with clients for closing
