Job Description

Coordination With Dealers & Distributors/ Institutional partner Directly Regarding Payment & Stock Requirement. Assist In Execution Of Sales And Marketing Campaigns, And On-Site Event Assistance As Needed. Prepares And Follows Up On Sales Quotations, Negotiating Terms With The Clients. Ensure Billing & Stock Dispatch To Dealers & Distributors / Institutional partner As Per The Timings. To Handle Stock Planning, Front End Operation And To Prepare Sales Order. Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure Sales, Marketing, Queries, And Deliveries Are Handled Efficiently. Prepare Sales Analysis Reports On Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis To Share With Department Head.

Requirements

Your Role Will Mainly To Support Our Business Through Handling The Over All Activities Related To Sales Include Tracking Sales Leads, Coordinating Quotes With Sales Packs, Assist With Order Processing, Manage Customer Accounts And Monitor Sales.
Min 3-6 Years Of Working Exposure In Sales coordination and should have knowledge of product merchandising.
Must be Graduate
Strong Experience Using Advance Excel, Word And Powerpoint
Excellent Organizational Skills, Adherence To Deadlines, Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize
Sales And Goals Oriented Personality.
Must Have Exceptional Problem Solving Abilities.
Must Be Detail Oriented And Organized.
Must Have Excellent Presentation Skills.
