Job Description

The Inventory Manager at a Jodhpur-based Spice Export Company oversees stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and supports export logistics. Based in Jodhpur, a key spice trade hub, this role ensures smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities · Monitor and manage spice inventory, including cumin, coriander, and chili. · Maintain accurate stock records using inventory software. · Coordinate with production and sales teams for stock availability. · Ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and finished goods. · Conduct regular stock audits and minimize wastage. · Comply with export documentation and storage regulations. · Optimize warehouse space and improve inventory turnover.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in spices or FMCG.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Tally).
Knowledge of export documentation and food safety standards.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with spice storage and preservation techniques.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Knowledge of Hindi/English is an advantage.
