What does a Senior Systems Administrator do?
A Senior Systems Administrator manages IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. They handle system configuration, troubleshooting, L2 support, and ensure optimal performance and uptime.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator (L2) to manage, monitor, and optimize our Enterprise IT infrastructure.

The candidate should have good knowledge in Windows Server, Office 365 (O365), Active Directory, network security, and virtualization technologies like VMware.

The responsibilities for this position will be L2 support escalation, system troubleshooting, server management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019 environments
• Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, and access control for users
• Manage Office 365 (O365) administration, which includes Exchange Online and user management
• L2 technical support and escalation handling
• Configuring firewalls, switches, network security devices, etc.
• Configuring endpoint security solutions like Sophos, CrowdStrike, etc.
• Virtualization technologies like VMware, storage solutions like NAS, etc.
• Monitoring our IT infrastructure, which includes CCTV systems, Avaya IPBX, etc.
• Vendor coordination for resolving issues and upgrading systems for better performance, security, and uptimes
