Requirements

We are looking for a results-driven Showroom Manager who can take complete ownership of showroom operations — from managing the team and achieving sales targets to ensuring every customer walks out with a smile. The right candidate will bring strong leadership, an eye for visual merchandising, and deep knowledge of inventory management.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Candidates from Jodhpur or nearby areas preferred
