Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer service experience
- Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays
- Plan and execute visual merchandising to enhance showroom appeal
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management
- Ensure showroom standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation are consistently maintained
- Train and mentor junior staff to improve team performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Candidates from Jodhpur or nearby areas preferred
- You've managed a retail showroom or store before
- You understand premium/luxury customer expectations
- You lead by example and inspire your team
- You are organized, presentable, and a natural people-person
