Job Description

· Database Design: Designing and creating database schemas, tables, and relationships based on project requirements. · SQL Development: Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage data efficiently. · Database Management: Installing, configuring, and managing database management systems (DBMS) such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

Requirements

Decent knowledge of python programming is necessary.
Data Security: Implementing security measures to protect databases from unauthorized access and data breaches.
Performance Tuning: Monitoring and optimizing database performance, including query optimization and indexing.
Data Backup and Recovery: Setting up and managing backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
Data Migration: Transferring data between different database systems and versions while maintaining data consistency.
Database Maintenance: Regularly performing maintenance tasks such as data purging, space management, and updates to keep the database running smoothly.
Documentation: Maintaining documentation of database schemas, procedures, and configurations for reference and compliance.
