Job Description

One of the leading International commercial vehicle brand is hiring for Workshop manager. Candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in workshop management. We are looking for a self motivated individual who is highly expert in people management. Experience in team handling and supervising will be an added advantage. The job responsibilities are listed below: · Ensure Dealer Service Profitability by implementing the strategies to improve workshop turnovers, earnings and service absorption ratios. · Ensuring Parts sales through the dealership as per the targets · Improving dealer infrastructure · Ensuring Insurance & AMC business in the area as per the targets · Service Penetration/Reach · Ensuring Service promotional activities · Ensuring parts inventory at dealerships as per EOR norms · Ensure GSP & DOS implementation · Enhancing Customer Satisfaction · Warranty Settlement & increasing self-certifications · Ensuring feedback to Back-end HQ team through technical reports and failure analysis reports.
