Position Title: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management Department: Supply Chain / Operations Location: Khimsar, Jodhpur (Rajasthan) Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager / Operations Head Employment Type: Full-Time   A. Procurement & Vendor Management • Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for raw materials, consumables, and services. • Negotiate rates, commercial terms, and credit conditions to achieve cost savings. • Maintain and update approved vendor lists and ensure supplier performance evaluation. • Raise purchase orders, track procurement cycles, and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Develop alternative vendor options to reduce dependency and supply risk.   B. Logistics & Transportation Management • Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics for timely dispatch and delivery. • Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouses for smooth operations. • Ensure compliance with documentation such as e-way bills, invoices, and transport permits. • Track vehicle movement, resolve transit delays, and ensure delivery schedules are met. • Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.    C. Demand Planning & Coordination • Coordinate with production, sales, and operations teams to understand material requirements. • Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends and business plans. • Ensure alignment of procurement and logistics activities with production schedules.   D. Documentation, Compliance & Reporting • Prepare MIS reports for procurement status, inventory, stock movement, and cost analysis. • Maintain procurement records, contracts, agreements, and compliance documents. • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and audit documentation.

Develop product formulations for Neat Cutting oils, Water Soluble Cutting Fluids, Rust Preventives, Forming Oils, Hydraulic Oils, Gear Oils, Transmission Oils, Quenching and Thermic Fluids and other General Industrial lubricants. Coordinate with Sales Team for field trials for benchmark studies and evaluate product performance Coordinate with production to set up pilot batches and establish mass production. Interact with various suppliers to source alternate raw materials for testing Understand and implement Standard Test Methods for Raw materials and Finished goods Set-up a fully functional lab with all Test equipment required for entire product range Be abreast with up-to-date knowledge, current trends in lubricant and related areas & provide technical guidance to all stakeholders Responsible to upgrade existing and develop products in line with industry and statutory requirements in a cost-effective manner Document product formulation and production process Document product applications and benchmark competition products Develop technical data sheets and material safety data sheets Assist in developing marketing collaterals  Update the systems in a timely manner to keep all records up to date

Develop a clear vision and strategy for the Cauvery Petrochemicalsfor an aggressive business growth. Identify growth opportunities, diversification options, and operational improvements. Own the operations of the factory, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control. Monitor production schedules, optimize processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation. Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Develop and manage the factory's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in operations. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, government agencies, and community organizations. Represent the factory at industry events and conferences. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the factory's operations, including supply chain disruptions, safety hazards, and market fluctuations. Drive innovation in processes and products to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. Explore and implement eco-friendly and energy-efficient technologies. Provide regular reports and updates to the board of directors and senior management. Communicate the factory's performance, challenges, and achievements to all relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement crisis management plans to address emergencies or unforeseen events.

Supervise and coordinate all production activities to meet production targets and quality standards. Implement and maintain production schedules and ensure production equipment is operating efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and incidents. Oversee environmental compliance, including waste disposal, emissions control, and pollution prevention. Implement safety and environmental training programs for plant personnel. Monitor and maintain product quality through regular inspections and quality control processes. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction. Manage the plant's budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee development. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and infrastructure. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure the plant's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Interface with regulatory agencies as necessary Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements and implement the same. Prepare regular reports on production, safety, and environmental performance for senior management. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

This position is responsible for the execution of technical support & service requirements of Industrial lubricant Customers and Channel partners.The focus is to ensure effective and customer support and the improvement of customer satisfaction. This position will report directly to the Business Head. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities • The candidate should be well versed with application of Lubes in Industrial and Automotive segments   • The candidate should be able to suggest appropriate products after thorough understanding of the applications • The candidates should have through knowledge of running field trials and troubleshooting • Develop support for customers to levels that meet or exceed established service expectation of customers • Identify, evaluate and propose new customer opportunities  • Ensure all customer needs are communicated to R&D • Ensure all Channel Partners/ Industrial Customers are updated on all products • Ensure Channel Partners /Industrial Customers are able to offer adequate product support for new product introductions • Identify customer service training needs and ensure that they are fully met • Conduct technical service training courses as required • Ensure customer queries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently • Ensure all field reports are properly and timely completed and shared with the management
