Create state sales plans and strategy in alignment with business objectives
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Train the Sales& Marketing team, assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
Design, Implement and promote marketing programs.
Develop and implement CnF business plans, inventory management, and handle customer issues
Coordinate in marketing and farm demonstrations with the assistance of big farmers & Field Officers
Research, Coordinate, and tie-ups with agricultural extension center and Farm Science center for association with the company.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts of new products and competition status.
Coordination, Convincing and Leadership skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
