Job description:
Develop a clear vision and strategy for the Cauvery Petrochemicalsfor an aggressive business growth.
Identify growth opportunities, diversification options, and operational improvements.
Own the operations of the factory, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality control.
Monitor production schedules, optimize processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Develop and manage the factory's budget, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in operations.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, government agencies, and community organizations.
Represent the factory at industry events and conferences.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the factory's operations, including supply chain disruptions, safety hazards, and market fluctuations.
Drive innovation in processes and products to enhance competitiveness and sustainability.
Explore and implement eco-friendly and energy-efficient technologies.
Provide regular reports and updates to the board of directors and senior management.
Communicate the factory's performance, challenges, and achievements to all relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement crisis management plans to address emergencies or unforeseen events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the petrochemical industry or a related manufacturing field.
Strong understanding of petrochemical processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Should have 20+ years of total work experience, with 8+ years in a Senior leadership role
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the petrochemical sector.
Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices.
Crisis management and risk assessment skills.
Conscious of measuring ROI and has the capability to device effective and efficient communication solutions.
