Job description:

Recruitment

·         Identifying candidates through Linked in, HR mailbox, recruitment agencies and other job portals.

·         Maintain a database of all applicants.

·         Candidate screening as per set criteria.

·         Manage overall interview, selection and closing process.

·         Collating on-boarding details and preparing contracts for employees/ Trainees/ Contractual staff (as per pre-defined templates)

·         Maintain a database of blacklisted candidates.

·         Following up with team members who have not submitted all documents at the time of on-boarding.

 

Expense Reimbursement

·         Review the documents submitted by employees/ FTCs/ Trainees for expense reimbursement and check eligibility as per policy.

·         Prepare list of approved claims and forward it to accounts team for payment.

 

Attendance Monitoring:

·         Collecting attendance from team groups using geo tagged attendance monitoring application.

·         Vetting of attendance data with project-in-charge and Director responsible.

·         Submission of attendance for payroll processing.

 

Others

·         Perform reference checks when needed.

·         Coordinating with various manpower consultants to procure resources. 

·         Maintaining data for future hiring.

Requirements:

    ·         Graduation/ Post-graduation or equivalent experience in Human Resources.

    ·         Experience in recruitment would be an added advantage.

    ·         Effective communication skills.

    ·         Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

     

    ·         High-energy and passion.
