Job description:
Candidates with good communication skills and a zeal to work in the field of Customer care are invited to apply for this position. We are looking for diligent and smart executives who excel in problem-solving skills and client servicing.
Candidates with experience in BPO, KPO, Broking industry, Securities and Insurance would be preferred.
Requirements:
- * Attending and maintaining proper records of all calls related to Complaints and inquiries.
- * Recording and resolution of customer complaints within the stipulated timeframe.
- * Should have very good communication skills.
- * Understanding the dispute, effectively escalate the same to the concerned Department.
- * Dispute resolution in the specific time frame.
- * Maintain good relation with existing clients.
- * Ensure the highest standards of customer communication & Services.
- ## Good writing skills will be added advantage.
