• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the domestic market.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract IT talent, including job boards, social media, referrals, and local networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT positions within the local or national scope.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews (both technical and behavioral) to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain a detailed candidate database and regularly update recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
