Job description:

·        Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

·        Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

·        Train employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment.

·        Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures.

·        Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and safety training activities.

·        Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety culture and raise awareness about safety issues.

·        Stay up to date with relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

·        Conduct safety meetings and provide regular reports to management on safety performance.

·        Coordinate with external agencies, such as regulatory bodies or emergency services, as required.

Develop and deliver safety-related presentations and training sessions.
