We are looking for an experienced and energetic Project Manager to lead our Solar Ground Mounted Project in Jodhpur. The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of solar power projects through to practical completion. This includes maintaining project timelines, quality, and safety. The Project Manager will be required to demonstrate leadership, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate a variety of stakeholders. The Project Manager will also be required to travel each month for 5-10 days to project locations. Key Responsibilities   - Plan, manage, and oversee solar ground-mounted projects from inception to end. - Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to achieve key project milestones. - Have ownership of budgets, timelines, and resources. - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. - Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. - Liaise with clients, vendors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution. - Report project progress to Senior Management and any further stakeholders. - Mitigate risks and resolve issues that will affect the delivery of the project. - Ensure commissioning and handover of solar projects are delivered on time.

Recruitment ·         Identifying candidates through Linked in, HR mailbox, recruitment agencies and other job portals. ·         Maintain a database of all applicants. ·         Candidate screening as per set criteria. ·         Manage overall interview, selection and closing process. ·         Collating on-boarding details and preparing contracts for employees/ Trainees/ Contractual staff (as per pre-defined templates) ·         Maintain a database of blacklisted candidates. ·         Following up with team members who have not submitted all documents at the time of on-boarding.   Expense Reimbursement ·         Review the documents submitted by employees/ FTCs/ Trainees for expense reimbursement and check eligibility as per policy. ·         Prepare list of approved claims and forward it to accounts team for payment.   Attendance Monitoring: ·         Collecting attendance from team groups using geo tagged attendance monitoring application. ·         Vetting of attendance data with project-in-charge and Director responsible. ·         Submission of attendance for payroll processing.   Others ·         Perform reference checks when needed. ·         Coordinating with various manpower consultants to procure resources.  ·         Maintaining data for future hiring.

Responsible for completing total AC side installations eg.Transformer/PMCC/MCC, cable laying, termination and other electrical equipment's as per design requirements. Supervision of Testing & commissioning of Transformers/HT Boards/Cables/ Breakers and other Electrical equipment's. Complete Erection, Testing & commissioning of DC works of Solar Plants (Inverters, SCB, Modules, DC Cabling) Preparation for formats for site activities and for statutory documentations. Ability to get the work done from the EPC contractor & effectively engage with team to complete the task efficiently. Supervise / Quality control of work - Coordination of installation schedules   Monitoring day to day site activities as per schedule and provide plan accordingly
