Customer Service Executive for Boranada Jodhpur


Job description:

The Customer Service Executive will be the primary liaison for our customers, properly handling inquiries, concerns, and orders in a fast and professional manner. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-orientated mindset, and the ability to effectively sell our handcrafted goods.

Primary Duties:

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries on the phone, by email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Order Processing: Enter customer orders, track deliveries, and work with the logistics team to ensure products are picked up and delivered on time.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or issues by fixing, providing alternatives, or transferring to the right department if needed.
Product Knowledge: Keep current on the company's handicraft products for customer issues and promotions.
Feedback: Compile customer feedback to update products and services and provide customer updates to the team.
Paperwork: Retain accurate information on each customer and each order, including complaints in order management and sales troubleshooting software (CRM).
Work as a team: Collaborate with the sales team, production team, and logistics team to provide a seamless transaction or sales experience for the customer.

Requirements:

    Qualifications and Skills

    Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with preferably experience in retail, e-commerce, or handicraft-related industry.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other local language a plus).
    Ability to resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
    Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
    Experience or understanding of passion for handicrafts is desirable.
    Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do, solution-oriented attitude.
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
     

    Educational Requirements

    Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
    Work Environment Location: Boranada, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
    Work Hours: Full-Time with the option to work shifts if required.
    Salary: Up to ?20,000 per month (+/-), determined based on experience and performance.
