Responsible for completing total AC side installations eg.Transformer/PMCC/MCC, cable laying, termination and other electrical equipment's as per design requirements. Supervision of Testing & commissioning of Transformers/HT Boards/Cables/ Breakers and other Electrical equipment's. Complete Erection, Testing & commissioning of DC works of Solar Plants (Inverters, SCB, Modules, DC Cabling) Preparation for formats for site activities and for statutory documentations. Ability to get the work done from the EPC contractor & effectively engage with team to complete the task efficiently. Supervise / Quality control of work - Coordination of installation schedules   Monitoring day to day site activities as per schedule and provide plan accordingly

·        Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. ·        Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. ·        Train employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of safety equipment. ·        Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures. ·        Maintain records of safety inspections, incident reports, and safety training activities. ·        Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety culture and raise awareness about safety issues. ·        Stay up to date with relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices. ·        Conduct safety meetings and provide regular reports to management on safety performance. ·        Coordinate with external agencies, such as regulatory bodies or emergency services, as required. Develop and deliver safety-related presentations and training sessions.

The Job Role and Responsibilities Candidate must have an exposure in FMCG Field (preferably Medical division) Geographical and territorial knowledge of Local Market Having experience of 2-4 years of hardcore FMCG background Channel management and Distribution Network should be strong Person having handled Institutional Sales will be an added advantage
